About Ms. Zucker
Ms. Zucker decided to become a General Contractor in order to better serve her Clients. As both the Designer AND Licensed General Contractor, she has the unique ability to manage every detail to ensure her projects run smoothly, seamlessly, within budget and on schedule without any of the typical, “he said… she said… they said” drama… She has successfully completed and passed the California Codes & Regulations Exam (CCRE) which is put forth by the California Council for Interior Design Certification. Additionally, she is certified in Particle Management (PM10) by the South Coast Air Quality Management District which is a requirement for building in the Coachella Valley. Ms. Zucker has designed and built projects in Greater Los Angeles, Southern California communities and internationally.
